In fact, this house is a luxurious villa from 1930. All these years, the building was carefully preserved – they monitored the utilities and conducted timely maintenance and repairs.
Today there are apartments with a spacious living room and a wonderful terrace. Their cost $560.000. Yes, only a few can afford such accommodation, but it’s always interesting to see how the space inside such houses is organized.
And here, by the way, there are many ideas that you can take note of and adapt to your financial capabilities. After all, the main thing is observation, inspiration, and a desire to improve your own home.
This is how the villa looks from the outside. It is located in a small Swedish town.
The house is indeed located by the pier. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to get there.
And now let’s take a tour of the villa. The kitchen and dining area. Of course, you can admire the layout, panoramic windows, but I really liked the details. For example, the twin flowers on the windows, creating symmetry. Or the linen tablecloth on the table. Or soft armchairs with cushions and a blanket instead of chairs… So much harmony!

On the walls in the living room there are two paintings done in the same technique. It certainly looks much more beautiful than the posters and prints that are often found in Scandinavian interiors.
